Instrumentalist, composer, and producer Jeffrey Andrews was the percussionist in Aimee’s first band as a teenager; “Stickdog” with Bob Burns and James Garrison.  

Jeffrey’s innate talent and sensitivity had a formative impression upon her, and they have continued to collaborate on multiple projects over the decades. Directly after that first show, Jeffrey was on his way to Ubud, Bali, where he studied Gamelan. As fate would have it,  Bali would become a major influence upon Aimee, as it has become a second home, refuge, and unending inspiration to her.
